Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital content production services, all sales are generally non-refundable once work has started.

2. Before Work Begins

Customers may request a full refund only if no work has been initiated.

3. After Work Has Started

Once a project has begun:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed
  • Partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases

4. Completed Services

No refunds will be issued once:

  • The final product has been delivered
  • The service has been completed as described

5. Revisions Instead of Refunds

We prioritize customer satisfaction by offering revisions where applicable, according to the service package.

6. Client Responsibility

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
  • Change of mind after work has started
  • Failure to respond during the project

7. Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5–10 business days
